I am the founder of What Now? What Next? As a qualified coach and skilled transformation consultant, I have over 30 years’ of hands-on experience helping organisations, teams and individuals work better - understanding what to change, how to change it and making the change stick.
I’ve worked in marketing communications, business consulting, start-up management, data, technology and AI - including some time running my own company. These roles spanned a variety of organisations, including multinationals, start-ups, tech companies, consulting firms, marketing agencies and media/entertainment companies.
